GOOD WORK AT AN INSPIRING PLACE
The search is on! The Glen Arbor Arts Center’s Board of Directors is now formally looking for an Executive Director.
GAAC In Transition: Peg McCarty was hired as the GAAC’s first director in 2003. And for the last 15 years, Peg has been at the center of the GAAC’s evolution from a mostly-summer months enrichment center to a year-round contributor to the local, creative character. Recently, Peg said, “The organization has now reached a new point in its development: a new and more fitting name, new logo and branding, gorgeous and functional new building, skilled and devoted staff, and another amazing Board of Directors. The organization is in good hands and it seems like a logical time for me to step aside.” Peg remains on as the GAAC’s Director until December.
We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong leadership skills who can help shepherd the GAAC into the future.
