Founded
in 1991 by members of the Glen Arbor Art Association,
the Manitou Music Festival takes place in the pastoral
splendor of Leelanau County, in the Northwest corner
of Michigan's Lower Peninsula.
This "Land
of Delight” has long attracted artists, writers,
musicians and vacationers with its dramatic settings
of towering dunes, pure inland lakes, lush hardwood
and pine forests and the majesty of Lake Michigan. The Manitou Music Festival
presents exciting and diverse concerts featuring national
and regional performers of classical, jazz, and folk
music in idyllic outdoor & family friendly locations.
See you this summer in Glen Arbor!

Rock Fusion Concert
| Performer: |
Bobby Yang & His Unrivaled Players
Melding his classical training with years of Colorado mountain woodshedding, violinist Bobby Yang is reinventing the sound of the acoustic violin. His inimitable sound combines the passion of a violin with the dirt of a bluegrass fiddle and the rawness of a rock guitar. Yang’s violin acts as both the lead singer and guitarist, as the songs of Led Zeppelin, Rush, and other rock legends, become instrumental jams. |
